The official website of the Fuuto Tantei (Fuuto Pi) television anime revealed six main cast, a teaser promo, and a teaser visual on Saturday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on Tokyo MX and the U-NEXT streaming service in August 2022.

Yousuke Kabashima (D.Gray-man Hallow chief animation director) helms the anime at Studio Kai. Tatsuto Higuchi (Cross Ange: Tenshi to Ryuu no Rondo) is handling the series composition and Hidekazu Ebina (Fate/Apocrypha creature design) is designing the characters. Koutarou Nakagawa (Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch) and Shuuhei Naruse (Hundred) are composing the music.
The anime adapts Riku Sanjou and Masaki Satou’s action mystery manga sequel to the Kamen Rider W television drama began serialization on the Big Comic Spirits magazine in August 2017. Shogakukan will ship the 12th volume on February 28.
