The release date of the theatrical anime movie “Estab-Life: Revengers Road” has been decided for 2023. At the same time, a special video was released.
This was announced in the live broadcast program “Estab Anime Last Round Special Program!”. The Program was held before the broadcast of the TV anime “Estab Life: Great Escape”, which will reach its final episode on June 22nd today. The teaser video, which has a serious atmosphere completely different from the TV animation, shows a glimpse of Kisaragi, the main character in the Movie.

The distant future. After reaching its peak, Earth’s population fell into decline. AI was developed to help preserve the species and manage the ecosystem; a grand experiment in human diversity. Through genetic engineering, a diverse array of peoples, including beastfolk, magical beings, and more, was created to live in a diverse city separated into walled “clusters”. Each cluster developed a unique culture, befitting of the people that lived there. Their lives, and the system, is continually maintained by the AI to ensure survival.
Director Goro Taniguchi worked on the main Project “Estab-Life” and Director Taniguchi is in charge of the original draft / creative supervision for TV animation and games, and the original draft/director/screenplay for theatrical animation.
