More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers (Fufu Ijo, Koibito Miman) is a Japanese manga series by Yuki Kanamaru. It has been serialized in Kadokawa Shoten’s seinen manga magazine Young Ace since March 2018. Studio mother will be adapting the manga series which will premiere in October 9,2022. The premiere date was released on September 2, 2022 in the official Twitter account of fuukoi anime. The opening theme song, ‘TRUE FOOL LOVE’, will be performed by Liyuu, while the ending theme song ‘stuck on you’ will be performed by Nowlu.

At a certain high school, a program was held, which is known as a couple of program. The program allows the students to pair with other students and act like married couples. The main character, Jiro Yakuin hopes to be paired with his childhood friend, who’s also his crush (Shiori Sakurayaka) in the ‘couple practical’ course. The course lets them act like a married couple with their classmates, which will help them gain points and pair with the partner of their choice if they get high points. So, the main character, who was paired with his gyaru classmate (Akari Watanabe), tries to gain more points to choose their partner.
