‘The iceblade sorcerer shall rule the world’ to release its anime adaptation in January of 2023. It was announced on the TBS webpage. The three main casts were also revealed and the visual key was released as well. The official trailer for the anime was released in the official TBS YouTube channel on 22 September 2022. The anime will be produced by the animation studio CLOUDHEARTS studio.

The Arnold Magic Academy, a prestigious school that has produced a lot of great wizards. One boy, Ray White, decided to attend as the only wizard from an ordinary family. He is surrounded by students from aristocratic families and magicians who distance themselves from him. But people don’t know ,he is a person who has made a lot of achievements in the previous Far East Fight, and now he is said to be the strongest of the seven great wizards in the world. The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World (Japanese: 冰剣の魔術師が世界を統べる〜世界最強の魔術師である少年は、魔術学院に入学する〜, Hyōken no Majutsushi ga Sekai o Suberu: Sekai Saikyō no Majutsushi de Aru Shōnen wa, Majutsu Gakuin ga Nyūgaku Suru) is a Japanese light novel series written by Nana Mikoshiba and illustrated by Riko Korie. It has been published online via the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō since October 2019. It was later acquired by Kodansha, who has released five volumes since July 2020 under their Kodansha Ranobe Bunko imprint.
A manga adaptation illustrated by Norihito Sasaki has been serialized in Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket website and app since June 2020, with its chapters collected into nine tankōbon volumes as of July 2022. An anime television series adaptation by Cloud Hearts is set to premiere in January 2023.‘
