NEW Anime Adaptation Announced for Story Of A Small Senior In My Company (Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi) is a Japanese manga series. The story originally started as a doujinshi, which also a sequel titled Ii Fuufu no Hanashi. Saiso is the author and illustrator of the series. The series began serialisation on Takeshobo’s Storia Dash website on April 3, 2020, Saiso released the first tankobon volume on October 30, 2020. He has so far published two volumes and have 5 tankobon volumes.
On October 16, 2022, the official Twitter account of manga author Saisou announced that their rom-com manga Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi (Story of a Small Senior in My Company) is inspiring an anime adaptation and thanked everyone for their support.
This upcoming anime will definitely be for fans that enjoy seeing a “height difference” between its romance leads, anime such as “My Senpai is Annoying” “Ore Monogatari” and “Taisho Otome Fairy Tale” are some example which executed this trope successfully and if you have read the manga you know for sure this one is going to be loved by romcom fans for sure. Plot of Story of a Small Senior in My Company
Shinozaki, a Japanese office worker, is the focus of the office romantic comedy manga series. At work, he is coddled and looked after by his senior team member Katase Shiori. Shiori is a petite woman with a fiery temper who doesn’t hold back when Shinozaki needs to be reprimanded for a mistake in his work. Shinozaki, on the other hand, doesn’t mind the scolding because Shiori is also beautiful, kind, and loving. Shinozaki hopes that all of Shiori’s extra attention is because she secretly likes him, but that could be wishful thinking on his part. Shinozaki thinks it’s almost worse when she’s nice to him.
They started complaining about their stiff shoulders and how they’d like a massage one day. Shinozaki considered massaging Shiori but realised that the cute noises she’d make would drive him insane. When Shiori offered to give Shinozaki a back massage, he was unable to completely escape the situation. Shiori made a point of telling Shinozaki how hard and large his shoulders are as she massaged his back. Is she saying such suggestive things on purpose, or does she have no idea how she makes him feel? Shinozaki is also bothered by Shiori’s “cat-like” demeanour. She’s small and adorable, and even her hair is fluffy? How can a guy resist the allure of patting her adorable head?

Saisou, the creator of the manga series Story Of A Small Senior In My Company, announced on Monday that the series will be adapted into a TV anime. As of now, the creator has only released a super cute poster as an announcement. Takuma Shinzaki and Shiori Katase can be seen posing and making this announcement in the poster.
