Onimai: I’m Now Your Sister! television anime’s official website revealed additional cast, staff, key visual (pictured), and the second promotional video on Monday. The anime adaptation of Nekotoufu’s comedy slice-of-life manga premieres on AT-X on January 5 at 11:30 p.m.

Synopsis
Mahiro Oyama was just an average erotic-game-loving dude…until he woke up one morning as a woman! It turns out his mad-scientist little sister, Mihari, tried out one of her new experiments on him…with a disastrous outcome, as far as Mahiro’s concerned! But Mihari is as determined to study him as he is determined to go back to his shut-in, game-playing life, and one thing’s for sure…life is going to get a whole lot weirder from here on out!

Nekotoufu first published the manga as a doujin, also known as Onimai, on Pixiv in February 2017 before Ichijinsha picked it up for physical publication in June 2018. In April 2019, Monthly Comic REX began serializing the manga. The sixth volume was released on April 27.
Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English for digital release in June of last year, and the fifth volume was released on March 22.
