The much-anticipated Rick and Morty: The Anime TV series, as previously announced, is set to debut in 2023. Fans can catch the 10-episode spin-off on Adult Swim and Max, the new streaming platform by Warner Bros. Discovery. The anime will be helmed by renowned director Takashi Sano, known for his work on Tower of God, and will be produced by studio Telecom Animation Film.

The upcoming series will draw inspiration from the original main series, incorporating its material into its storyline.
Launching on May 23, the new streaming service will provide consumers with an extensive combined library of content, including popular offerings from Warner Bros., HBO, HGTV, Food Network, Cartoon Network, TLC, and more.
Max subscribers will have the flexibility to choose from three pricing tiers. The basic version, priced at $9.99 per month, will include ads. The medium tier, priced at $15.99 per month, will be ad-free and allow streaming on two devices simultaneously, with the ability to download up to 30 titles (excluding 4K). The premium plan, priced at $19.99 per month, will enable streaming on up to 4 devices at once, allow up to 100 downloads, and offer Dolby Atmos sound and 4K quality.
In addition to the highly anticipated Rick and Morty: The Anime TV series, Max is expected to premiere more exciting content throughout the year.
