Crunchyroll Announces Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero Panel for San Diego Comic-Con

Crunchyroll has announced that the Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO movie will be getting a huge panel at this year’s Comic-Con, which will be held in San Diego on July 21-24. This comes about a month before its international premiere, which was announced for this August. The panel will have Picolo’s voice actors as guests, Toshio Furukawa (Japanese) and Christopher R. Sabat (English), as well as Akio Iyoku (executive producer) and Norihiro Hayashida (producer). The panel will also feature giveaways and an exclusive look at approximately the first 20 minutes of the movie. Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO premiered in Japan on June 11, and you can watch the latest trailer:

The Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO panel at the San Diego Comic-Con will also feature a replica of Piccolo’s house featured in the movie. After the panel, there will be a special two-night Crunchyroll concert series at the Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, which will include a Crunchyroll-Hime dance party with DJ Jun Inagawa, with 88rising’s J-Pop group ATARASHII GAKKO!. There
will also be the “The Dragon Ball Z Concert Experience – Comic Con International Premiere Edition” on Saturday, July 23. It will feature the San Diego symphony orchestra, live vocals, with Nicholas Buc as the composer.

The Red Ribbon Army was once destroyed by Son Goku. Individuals, who carry on its spirit, have created the ultimate Androids, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. These two Androids call themselves “Super Heroes”.
