Summer anime season kicks off today with Rent-a-Girlfriend Season 2, followed by sequels for Classroom of the Elite, The Devil is a Part-Timer, Made in Abyss, and DanMachi, all of which will air in the coming days. There’s also new anime, including original titles like Engage Kiss, so there’s plenty to choose from.
Anime Corner ran an anticipated poll and asked anime fans to share their most anticipated anime for this season with this to make it easier for you to decide what anime you want to watch in Summer 2022. The poll began on Friday and ended exactly 7 days later, and the results are now available below.

Call of the Night, My Stepmom’s Daughter Is My Ex, and Engage Kiss were the only three non-sequel anime in the top 10, and it will be interesting to see how this list holds up in our weekly summer polls.

Surprisingly, Americans are more excited for Overlord’s fourth season and The Devil is a Part-Timer season than Classroom of the Elite’s second season. DanMachi appears to be a fan favourite over there as well.
